“AthletIQs” is a sports management and communications company, providing quality service to:
- Amateur student athletes
- Academic students
- High schools and colleges
We are active in 3 different continents and more than 10 countries worldwide. What does “AthletIQs” do?
- Represents students to U.S. high schools and colleges
- Hosts sports events for amateur athletes in Europe and the United States
- Provides scouting and recruiting services for academic and sports organizations
“AthletIQs” was founded in 2012 in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Four of its shareholders are Karolis Kalvaitis, Deividas Semberas, Deividas Cesnauskis and Arturas Milaknis.
Our office in Poland is located in Mińsk-Mazowiecki with Tomasz Wicik in charge.

Head of Basketball projects
During the off-season, Arturas gets busy helping young players improve their shooting ability and individual skills at Star Camp or during private workouts.
Karolis Kalvaitis
CEO & Founder
Company founder and director, Karolis has over 12 years of experience as a scout & recruiter himself, and is responsible for administrative processes and international expansion at AthletIQs.
Tomas Butkus
Individual workouts
Tomas helps student athletes prepare themselves for life in the U.S. He focuses on individual skills development, runs practices in English and shares his mental experiences with the prospects.
Deividas Cesnauskis
International Soccer Scout
Deividas monitors and recruits young soccer players in Lithuania & abroad and places prospects in local and international academies.

Head of Soccer Projects
On our team, Deividas is in charge of development of soccer programs and events.
Radosław Ciejpa
International Scout
U.S. college graduate and currently a girls basketball coach in Poland. Radosław brings a deep knowledge of international sports environment both to our clients and the company itself.
Tomasz Wicik
Head of Basketball Operations in Poland
Tomasz is a basketball coach himself. At AthletIQs, he is in charge of scouting and basketball camps is Poland.
